Press Release
Official Statement from Kevin Reynolds
Former Director, Cre8ive Media Limited
Date: 24 October 2025
I, Kevin Reynolds, wish to make the following statement to clarify my position in relation to Cre8ive Media Limited.
I resigned as a Director of Cre8ive Media Limited on the 31st of December 2024 and have had no involvement whatsoever in the company’s operations, management, or decisions since that date.
I have never been involved with, employed by, or been connected to Cre8ive Works Ltd.
It has come to my attention that Cre8ive Media Limited and Cre8ive Works Ltd, under the direction of Ms Leeanne Carla Reynolds, are the subject of multiple complaints and investigations concerning alleged fraudulent activity, data protection breaches, intellectual property misuse, and attempted extortion.
I want to make it clear that I have not been involved in, nor aware of, any of the alleged conduct, and I strongly condemn any unethical or unlawful business practices.
I wish to extend my sincere apologies to all clients I have personally worked with. When I transferred the company to Leeanne, I did not anticipate it would be operated in this way.
Supporting Evidence
I hold documentary evidence and statements from affected clients and third parties. If other customers, suppliers, or businesses believe they have been affected, please email office@getcre8ive.uk with any relevant information so it can be collated. We are compiling documentation to assist affected parties and their legal advisers in assessing next steps. All submissions will be treated confidentially.
The following summarises allegations reported by affected parties. These are not findings of fact but form the basis of ongoing enquiries:
- Domain names withheld or transferred without consent, with demands for payment to regain control.
- Alterations to terms and conditions allegedly transferring ownership of customer domains and intellectual property to the company without clear consent.
- Introduction of unauthorised fees or new terms applied without customer approval.
- Attempts to obtain payments or concessions from individuals and organisations who were not valid clients.
- The creation of a new company, Cre8ive Works Ltd, reportedly used to transfer clients and assets from Cre8ive Media Limited without disclosure, while publicly claiming business growth and continuity.
If you believe you may have been affected, please:
- Retain all relevant communications and records (emails, contracts, invoices, domain records, screenshots).
- Check your domain ownership via your registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, 123-Reg, Namecheap) and ensure your details remain accurate.
- Report potential data breaches to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
- Report suspected fraud or extortion to Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk.
- Seek independent legal advice on your intellectual property and contractual rights.
My Commitment
I am issuing this statement to protect my reputation and to support transparency for all customers and partners of Cre8ive Media Limited.
I remain willing to cooperate fully with authorities and assist any party seeking to verify my resignation date and lack of involvement since 31 December 2024.
